Our smoothie game top tips
You can quite literally put anything in a smoothie, so have fun, and experiment with whatever fresh fruit and veggies you have leftover that needs eating up.
Adjust the quantities to your taste preferences. Adjust the sweetness with more or less honey or maple syrup.
Always add your fruit to your blender first, followed by your liquids and then Kollo. This way you won't get any of that all-important collagen left behind in your blender.
If you're not using frozen fruit, throw in a few ice cubes to make your smoothie nice and chilled.
Turn these recipes into a vibrant smoothie bowl. Enjoy your smoothie topped with whole fruits, nuts, seeds and that all-important collagen.
